Target Audience

This course provides for all those who sell in the group setting or use meetings to maximise sales results.

 

Objectives

By the end of the courses, participants will:

  • Identify and understand their own leadership style and ways it can be used or adapted to meet need of or manage a group.
  • Will have identified their anxieties, strengths and areas for development when working with groups.
  • Have received a basic understanding of presentation skills and different presentation methods.
  • Engage in skill practise scenarios that deal with challenging groups and or situations.
