Gary gained his training qualifications and over 10 years experience working for one of the worlds largest vaccine producers. He is a registered nurse since 1987, his experiences, compassion and deeper understanding allow him to provide a unique approach to coaching, one to one, group training. Comfortable with training needs analysis. training design and delivery, he has delivered to all grades of employee’s within the Pharmaceutical industry and sales arena. He is accomplished at engaging and working with hard to reach offenders in the criminal justice setting. He is responsible for training Probation staff in the latest techniques,that equips them to work with offenders in a more effective solution focussed manner.
